yunchen's liability shall in no event exceed the cost of repair or replacement of its parts. This warranty does not extent to material which has been altered or repaired by others without our written authorization.
Under no circumstances shall yunchen have any liability what so ever for the loss of anticipated profits, interruption of operations, or for special, incidental or consequential damages.
